So this has been a long time in the making and we still aren’t quite there yet BUT we have started work on our fab new BBQ Smokehouse and Shop to be situated at The Stockyard, Melton (Melton Mowbray Cattle Market).
We will be able to bring our hot food back to the masses and the good people of Melton once again and be able to serve from the new Smokehouse whilst also allowing us to widen our menu and treat you all to some really delicious new menu items that we think you will love! We would love to have some theme nights down there too, including maybe a pie night with our award winning pies front and centre to enjoy after selling out of them at Pie Fest 2022.
Alongside us being able to serve our hot food again, we will also have a retail space at the front of the Smokehouse for all our favourite cold smoked goodies that we sell from our market stalls when out and about. We even intend to add some extra accompanying products too so we have an even better selection to choose from. We won’t be stopping there, as the new bigger Smokehouse will also allow us to smoke some new products that we have been working on and will roll out once we are open, think along the lines of smoked chicken, bacon and smoked salmon potentially too.
So, whilst we have started some building work, we still have a way to go but we will be launching a crowdfunding campaign so that everyone can get a little piece of the Feast and The Furious goodness as well as helping us fund certain sections of the build.
