So finally the BBQ Smokehouse is open and our new home for all our production as well as a shop for all of our smoked goodies and even a place to enjoy all our BBQ hot smoked food too is nestled down next to Round Corner Brewery and Fur & Feather Cocktail Bar at The Stockyard in the Melton Mowbray Cattle Market. You are welcome to bring across a beer or drinks from Round Corner or Fur & Feather to enjoy with your food.
We wanted to put up some example menus for the hot food that we will serve on certain days/nights only (see our opening hours post for more on when you can expect to enjoy our hot food) so find below an example of what we have been serving up but it is by no means guaranteed to be on all the time! We only have a small amount of kitchen equipment and a small team to start with so we are trying to get a few menu items done well at a time before we look to swap some items in and out and eventually add more to the menu.
