So finally the BBQ Smokehouse is open and our new home for all our production as well as a shop for all of our smoked goodies and even a place to enjoy all our BBQ hot smoked food too is nestled down next to Round Corner Brewery and Fur & Feather Cocktail Bar at The Stockyard in the Melton Mowbray Cattle Market.

There is plenty of FREE PARKING on most days (Tuesday market days there is a charge for parking), access is via Nottingham Road via gate 8 which is to the right hand side of the fire station (postcode LE13 0NP) with our what3Words location being trees.modest.chairs
We wanted to give you an idea of when we will be open and for what so this is just to give an overview of that for you.
MONDAY : CLOSED
TUESDAY : 08:00-13:00 (SHOP ONLY, NO HOT FOOD)
WEDNESDAY : CLOSED
THURSDAY : CLOSED
FRIDAY : 08:00-13:00 (SHOP ONLY, NO HOT FOOD)
AND ALSO 17:00-20:00 (HOT FOOD AND SHOP)
SATURDAY : 17:00-20:00 (HOT FOOD AND SHOP)
SUNDAY : CLOSED
These are to start with whilst we get to grips with manning the shop (and coffee machine on days the shop is open) and the hot food times. The plan is to increase those days and hours when we can and also to incorporate some hot food items to other days, maybe a lunch time offering or a breakfast Bruch offering but this will come when we have the basics right and we start to get more kitchen equipment to provide those options.

Keep an eye on all our social media though as we will update weekly with our opening hours for that week to give you a heads up when we are open longer or during a food festival etc.
