We introduce…. BBQ Butt Rub!
Now you may think why call it butt rub I hear you ask, well, this is a great all round rub for making anything BBQ’y but it was originally developed for use on our pulled pork before we smoke it to perfection. Now the official cut of meat that is used in USA for pulled pork and the same cut we use for or pulled pork is called a pork butt, hence the butt in the name! No we aren’t recommending you use this rub on your own butt (unless its of the pork variety!)
