Our Fruity Hot Sauce (Pineapple/Mango, Habanero Hot Sauce) was developed to work with our cold smoked halloumi cheese wrap that we serve on our food truck, it is a bit like a sweet chilli sauce with a bit of an after kick. It contains habanero chilli which has a really fruity punch of heat which is nicely balanced with the sweet fruit of fresh pineapple and mango.
This is a great all rounder and anywhere you would normally use sweet chilli sauce this could be used instead or as a stand alone hot sauce.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. ONCE OPENED, REFRIGERATE AND USE WITHIN 4 WEEKS.
INGREDIENTS : Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, Pineapple (27%), Mango (11%), Red Onion, White Wine Vinegar (White Wine Vinegar, Preservative (Potassium Meta Bisulphate)), Lemon Juice, Garlic, Habanero Chilli (0.2%) (Habanero, Vinegar(sulphites)), Salt.
