We introduce…. Furious Rub!
Furious Rub is a similar blend of chillies and ingredients that we use for our signature Furious Sauce but with a little bit more of a kick. Great balance of heat and flavour that goes great on all sorts of meats/vegetables and works well sprinkled into dishes to add a lovely warmth and flavour kick. Rubbed on chicken thighs and BBQ’d is just one of our favourite things to do with this rub.
Ingredients: Muscovado Sugar, Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Tomato, Chipotle Chilli, Ancho Chilli, Pasilla Chilli, Guajillo Chilli, Habanero Chilli, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves .
