An approx of 175g of AWARD WINNING cold smoked Stilton cheese vacuum packed ready to eat.

Our Smoked Stilton won a 1 Star Great Taste Award 2023, it was judged to be “..an attractive cheese with a distinct smoked aroma and a creamy texture..” and “A characterful and moreish Stilton!”

All of our cold smoked items are smoked over real wood for anything up to 48 hours depending on the item. This imparts a wonderful smokey taste and flavour that is superior to so many “smoke flavoured” products you can get nowadays.

This cold smoked stilton cheese is smoked over a combination of oak and beech wood chips. This gives a wonderful authentic smokey flavour. The cheese will have a lovely smokey aftertaste whilst still allowing you to be able to taste the creamy Stilton.
