We are thrilled to announce that our grand opening weekend for our new BBQ Smokehouse and shop will be Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of August 2023 to coincide with Melton Pie Fest happening on the site of our new home, The Stockyard.
We will be serving up our food truck faves with a couple of extras but it will be a limited menu to start with until we get up and running and get some more equipment in the kitchen for even more menu items. We plan to have our infamous BBQ smoked beef brisket, pulled pork and smoked halloumi and a couple of new additions.
We will also have our shop open at the front of the smokehouse with a selection of our smoked goodies that we normally sell at our market stalls and online.
Even though its Pie Fest, we unfortunately won’t have our award winning pies available on this occasion but hope to have them in production at a later date for a pie night, watch this space!
We hope to see you along once we are open and can’t wait to finally get some hot food back on the menu after such a long time without it. Its been a long time coming and a lot of time, effort, investment and planning has gone into our new BBQ Smokehouse so we hope you love it as much as we do and we will be adding more and more once we are open and up and running so it will only get better!
