UK Delivery Charges: (Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Excluding Highlands, Islands and Aberdeen)
Our standard delivery charges are worked out on your order value:
- FREE for orders £50.00 and above (to a single address)
- £6.95 for orders below £50 (to a single address)
Please call or email us for local delivery rates and for collection in person.
We are currently unable to deliver to destinations outside of those listed.
Delivery Address:
**Please ensure that either yourself or your recipient is able to accept the order, or that specific instructions are left for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.**
On the ‘checkout page’ there is a box (Order Notes) where you can add specific delivery instructions (such as leave with neighbour at 17, in porch etc), which we will pass onto the courier, who at their discretion, will leave in a safe place.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for parcels, which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer, due to customer/recipient not being available to receive shipment or due to parcel going missing once left in a ‘safe’ place.
Delivery Day:
Your goods will be delivered via our chosen courier, usually APC Overnight.
At checkout you will be able to type in “Order Notes” preferred delivery days. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver on that day, we will be in contact with you to arrange another suitable day.
We will advise you via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your parcel within 48hours of receiving the email, then please contact us immediately on: 07388545586.
Overseas Customers:
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our food, cost and logistics, we are currently unable to deliver to overseas destinations.
Personal Message:
If you would like us to include a personal message with your order (at no extra charge) then please write it as you would like it to be seen, in the “Order Notes” box at checkout.
Packaging:
Your goods will be delivered in insulated packaging, containing ice packs, to ensure products remain cool for at least 24hours. However, we can not be held responsible for deterioration of goods resulting from unsuccessful delivery due to customer error (e.g. person not available to receive shipment, incorrect address given).
Storage:
To ensure your fresh food products remain in optimum condition, we strongly advise that once you have received them, you immediately unpack them and place them in the fridge. Please follow the instructions on the individual products, regarding ‘use-by’ and ‘best before’ dates, and storage.
Photography:
The photography used on our website is for illustrative purposes only. Please see listings for accurate contents and product weights. All photographs are the copyright of Feast and the Furious. Any other persons may not use them without prior written permission from Feast and the Furious. Appropriate action will be taken if photographs are used without permission.

Substitutions:
On the very rare occasion a product is not available we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.
Product Weights:
All products are cut and packaged by us, so ensuring an exact weight is not always possible. However, we will always guarantee that the product weight, at time of packing, is at least the weight specified at time of ordering.
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied in good condition. If any of the goods provided are incorrect, not in a satisfactory condition, or have been damaged in transit, then please contact us. Please let us know within 14 days via sales@feastandthefurious.co.uk or on: 07388545586. We will refund your postage costs and either provide a full refund or replace them with the correct items. We may require you to send the damaged products back to us. We cannot provide a refund for correctly supplied food items unless they have been damaged in the post. Very occasionally some parcels can be delayed or undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for parcels, which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer or due to customer/recipient not being available to receive shipment.
For in store purchases: Please check the goods as soon as you receive them and ensure that they are supplied in good condition. If any of the goods provided are incorrect, not in a satisfactory condition, or are damaged, then please contact us. Please let us know within 14 days via sales@feastandthefurious.co.uk by calling on: 07388545586 or popping into store with your receipt.
For in store food items please contact a member of staff if you are dissatisfied with any food/drink items and they will try to resolve the problem for you there and then.
Cancellations:
As our products are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders.
Purchasing:
All online orders are handled by Stripe inc. Payments (including ApplePay) (or Paypal Express if you prefer), providing a high level of security. Simply browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. This includes: name, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card’s expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order or with your delivery. We accept the following credit card/debit payments: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Purchases can also be made directly by either calling or emailing us.
Tax Charges:
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. These charges are included in the total charge displayed at Checkout.
Sales of Alcohol:
Some of our hampers have the option to include alcohol. In accordance with the Licensing act 2003, it is illegal to sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Some wine vintages and labels may vary according to availability.

Reviews can be left on an individual product by going to the relevant product page and selecting Reviews from the tab bar. Here you can leave a comment and give a star rating (1 to 5). Privacy Policy:
Feast and the Furious does not disclose any buyer’s information to any third party, other than those who require information to ensure successful fulfilment of your order, for example, Stripe inc., Paypal and APC Overnight Couriers. Each party will only receive information they require in order to effectively and securely provide their services to you. Personal information collected will include; your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information. If we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service, disclosure of personal information may be required.
Feast and the Furious does not sell, trade or give out your personal information to any other third party. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential. With your consent, we may occasionally send you emails about offers, new products and updates. With in every marketing email, there is an unsubscription link, enabling the subscriber to unsubscribe if they wish.
Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through WordPress’ data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
Newsletter Policy:
Signing up to our newsletter means that you consent to us sending you news, new products and events information for Feast and the Furious and we won’t sell on your details to any other company. The data is collected and managed securely by mail chimp who look after our email/newsletter sign ups/mail shots on our behalf.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are in addition to and should be read together with any specific entry instructions or terms applying to the specific competition (“Competition Information”) and in the event of inconsistency these Terms shall prevail.
To enter a competition all entrants must comply with the entry requirements set out in the Competition Information and these Terms. The entrant acknowledges that failure to comply with the Competition Information or these Terms may result in his/her disqualification from the competition.
By entering a competition each entrant agrees that they and their parent / guardian have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Competition Information and these Terms.
Feast and The Furious reserves the right to amend and update these Terms at their sole discretion from time to time and such changes will become effective as soon as they are published on the relevant site/publication.
1- Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Information, our prize draws and competitions are organised and promoted by Feast and The Furious Limited, a company registered in England with company number 13528449 and registered office address Feast and The Furious – BBQ Smokehouse, The Stockyard, Melton Mowbray Market, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1JY (the “Promoter”).
2- Our competitions and prize draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the free prize draw.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions or prize draws.
4- By entering a competition or prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6- The Closing date for entry will be as set out in the Competition Information. After this date no further entries will be permitted.
7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
8- To enter a competition or prize draw, please follow the entry requirements in the Competition Information.
9- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend competitions or free prize draws and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter via email, Promoter’s website or social media post (as relevant to the competition or prize draw).
10- The Prize is as stated in the Competition Information.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
11- Winners will be chosen (1) by a judge or (2) at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
12- The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by the Promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by responding to our email within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13- Once a response has been received from the Winner, the Promoter will request the winner’s full address and send information on how their prize will be delivered to them. If the prize is being provided by a third party, we will share the winner’s contact details with that third party in order to facilitate delivery of the Prize.
14- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with a competition or prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16- Competitions and prize draws, as well as these terms and conditions, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in relation to the competition or prize draw only and publicity relating to this. 18- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who contacts the Promoter using the email address stated in the Competition Information within one month after the closing date.
19 -If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the email address provided in the Competition Information. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
20- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
