So finally its official, we have our 5* Food Hygiene Rating from our local Melton Borough Council! We have a small commercial unit where we prepare all our tasty offerings and we have our food truck (Van Diesel) which are both covered by the 5* rating which we are incredibly proud of. We didn’t want anything less and believed that you, our customers, wouldn’t want anything less than the best hygiene and food practises so you can buy form us in confidence we have done everything we need to so you can enjoy our food safely.
