We source the best British grass fed beef we can find and then use a wet cure to cure the meat for a minimum of 10 days. Then they have a rub of spices liberally rubbed all over before going into our hot smoker for up to a day to cook and smoke over whiskey oak barrels from our neighbours at Round Corner Brewery which give a fantastic subtle smokey taste to the pastrami.

Introducing one of our latest products to the smoked range…. Hot Smoked British Grass Fed Pastrami!
It has been a much requested product and has been going down very well in testing so far.
We source the best British grass fed beef we can find and then use a wet cure to cure the meat for a minimum of 10 days. Then they have a rub of spices liberally rubbed all over before going into our hot smoker for up to a day to cook and smoke over whiskey oak barrels from our neighbours at Round Corner Brewery which give a fantastic subtle smokey taste to the pastrami.
We then slice and vac pack for a shelf life of around 10 days.
